Context

Quebrando Fronteiras is a social impact platform focused on donation and fundraising journeys.

Problem

Critical user paths had friction points that affected completion behavior in donation-related interactions.

Role & Ownership

I refactored key frontend flows and interaction patterns to improve usability in high-intent moments.

Technical Decisions

  • Reworked critical journeys with clearer flow progression and reduced interaction friction.
  • Improved mobile behavior for donation-related steps.
  • Used analytics-informed iteration to guide UX adjustments.
  • Kept implementation maintainable in Next.js + TypeScript.

Outcome

  • Donation flow interactions became clearer and easier to complete.
  • Usability improvements supported stronger conversion-oriented behavior.

Notes / Lessons

Small UX improvements in critical funnels can produce outsized impact in social products.
